Billing rates (Job stages)

Billing rate : Billing rate is a TimeGold function which allows for multiple billing rates for each job stage (up to four (4) rates per job stage). Billing rate is related to the file management list. When you create a new file, you may select the billing level (1 to 4) to be used, depending on the client and the nature of the job stage (refer to the section Adding a new file).

Theses rates will have priority over the ones inscribed in the Adding a new employee screen.
