Modifying a Job stage

Modify : to modify data relative to a job stage. Select the code to be modified and click on « Modify ». Screen Modifying a Job stage screen will appear containing the description of the selected job stage.

Note : TimeGold allows modifying job stage descriptions. However modifying a job stage modifies all time records in which it appears. (For example if Job Stage "Auto Travel" is changed for "Secretarial", all time billed as "Auto Travel" will then be billed as "Secretarial".

We suggest modifying job stage descriptions by a synonim in order not to affect time records. (For example: "Auto Travel" might become "Mileage expense".)
