Description : enter product description in this field. Notice there are fields for both English and French descriptions. Thus if when a file is opened, French has been chosen as language of correspondence, the system will supply the French description. (TimeGold always prints invoices in the language chosen in screen Adding a new file . Refer to File section). It is not indispensable to enter a French description. If no description is entered in the French description field, the English description will appear by default in this field.
