Start and End

Enter in the « Start » and « End » fields the start and end of the work period for which the Work stage is selected.

Note : hours are to be entered on a 24 hour cycle. For instance 5:00 PM becomes 17:00 hrs. Hours enterable for a day are from 00:00 AM to 23:59 PM. If a person enters hours from 22:00 to 01:00, the system will ask if a 24 hour cycle is used to determine if hours entered are for 22:00 PM to 01:00 AM. This is necessary becaue it is possible to subtract hours from the time sheet if necessary. In the case of our example, if the hours entered (22:00 to 01:00) mean 22:00 PM to 01:00 A, nine (9) hours will be subtracted.
